FLX Babymaker II — Detroit Production
The Babymaker II applied every lesson from the first generation to a refined product assembled in Detroit.
The Babymaker I proved the concept. The Babymaker II was built to be better — applying every lesson from the first campaign, the first manufacturing run, and the first customer deliveries to a refined product assembled in the United States.
ZÆT carried full design ownership into the second generation. Frame engineering was updated to resolve V1 manufacturing constraints. Component specification was upgraded across the bike. The stealth brief remained the primary design constraint.
A complete production documentation package was prepared for the Detroit assembly facility — BOM, assembly sequence, quality protocols, and supplier coordination. Product photography and campaign assets were developed for the second Indiegogo campaign.
