Chaos — Cruising Ebike
3D modelling of the Chaos cruising ebike, delivering a market-ready concept with high-quality renders.
The Chaos cruising ebike had a defining product idea: a speaker system built into the bike itself — not clamped to the handlebars or strapped to the frame, but integrated into the architecture of the bike as a design element in its own right. ZÆT was engaged to develop the full 3D model of the Chaos, with the integrated speaker system as the central design challenge.
The 3D modelling process covered the full bike — cruiser geometry, proportions, frame architecture, component integration, and surface design — with the speaker system developed as a structural and aesthetic feature rather than an accessory. The acoustic housing, grille design, and electrical routing were resolved within the frame architecture, ensuring the speaker felt like it belonged to the bike rather than being added to it.
High-quality renders were produced across colourways and angles, providing Chaos with the visual assets needed for marketing, investor presentations, and manufacturing partner discussions.
