Velofollies — Expo Booth

A complete end-to-end stand delivery from concept to show floor.

Velofollies is one of Europe's largest cycling trade events. Showing up with a stand that communicates clearly, presents products effectively, and holds together under the pressure of a busy trade show floor requires more than a design — it requires everything to be sourced, printed, transported, and built correctly, on time, with no room for last-minute problems.

ZÆT handled the entire engagement. The booth design started with the spatial concept — how the stand should be laid out, how products would be displayed, and how the visual identity would be applied to the physical structure. The truss system was specified and sourced as the structural backbone of the stand, with the lighting designed and sourced to highlight products and give the booth the right atmosphere on the show floor.

Banner design translated the visual concept into print-ready graphic panels — messaging hierarchy, typography, and imagery developed as a coherent set and produced to print specification. Printing was managed by ZÆT and quality-checked before anything left the studio. Transport to the Velofollies venue was coordinated alongside the build-up schedule, ensuring every element arrived in the right sequence for on-site assembly.

The stand was built up by ZÆT on site — truss, lighting, banners, and product displays installed to specification and ready for the first day of the show.
