We’re thrilled to share that ZAET was recognized as one of the Top 5 companies in the first cohort of the EIT Urban Mobility IRP4IMPACT program for 2025! IRP4IMPACT Certificates… This milestone crowns an intense few months of learning, coaching, and collaboration, and sets the stage for our next big step: pitching to investors.

Experiencing IRP4IMPACT
Joining IRP4IMPACT meant diving into a community of remarkable mobility startups, all driven by a shared mission to transform our cities. From day one, we benefited from:
Insightful 1-on-1 Mentor Sessions: Deep-dives with industry experts sharpened our strategy on everything from go-to-market plans to technical architecture.
Hands-On Workshops: Interactive bootcamps on financial modeling, legal frameworks for investment, and due-diligence requirements gave us the tools to build a rock-solid business case.
Peer Learning: Exchanging experiences with fellow cohort members illuminated best practices (and common pitfalls) to help us move faster and smarter.
Key Takeaways
Pitch Preparation Crafting a concise, compelling story isn’t easy, but IRP4IMPACT’s pitching masterclasses taught us how to hook investors in the first 30 seconds and clearly communicate our unique value.
Financial Projections We learned to build robust three-year forecasts, stress-test scenarios, and tie our assumptions back to real pilot data, transforming our numbers from “nice guesses” into credible commitments.
Legal & Investment Readiness Workshops on term sheets, shareholder structures, and compliance helped us understand what investors really look for, and how to align our legal setup for a smooth funding round.
What’s Next
With IRP4IMPACT behind us, we’re gearing up to take our refined pitch to the investor community. Our goals for Q3 2025:
Investor Roadshow: Meetings with impact-driven VCs and family offices focused on sustainable infrastructure.
Pilot Launch: Deploy 150 e-bikes across Limburg to generate live usage data that validates our model.
Partnerships: Finalize MOUs with three municipalities for broader roll-out in 2026.
Thank You
A heartfelt thank-you to Connectology and Vladyslav for organizing IRP4IMPACT with such professionalism and care, and to all the mentors, peers, and EIT Urban Mobility contacts who made this journey so enriching.
Stay tuned: ZAET’s next chapter (fundraising and pilot execution) is about to begin, and we can’t wait to share the ride with you!
